State Trail Pass (SAM) $75 per sled until Dec 15. $90 per sled after Dec 15

Trail passes are available at the following local businesses from approximately November 1 to March 15:

  • Frank Labelle’s Outdoor Equipment Shop, Rte 112 in Buckland
  • Casey’s Wheels, State Street, Shelburne Falls (next to Neighbors store and gas)
  • You can also call Steven Howland at 413-522-3320 to order by phone.

Buckland Riders Mission Statement:
The Buckland Rider Snowmobile Club is a community organization dedicated to maintaining and improving local snowmobile trails and to working in cooperation with other land users and land owners/managers to maintain trail access for winter recreation. The club works to promote snowmobiling as a family oriented sport and to promote safe snowmobiling. The club also participates in state level associations to promote and protect snowmobiling as a sport, and does fundraising to help pay for trail maintenance, trail improvement projects, and equipment.

Jeff Spencer once again comes to the rescue. This roller originally had braces that didn't go to the corners and bouncing off trees was bending the tongue, so Jeff straightened the tongue and welded on a stiffener and new braces out to the corners for strength and to help guide the roller around trees on tight trails. ...
